Zaviro Live has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). There is no warning, no strike, and no appeal: an account found to be involved is permanently terminated and reported to law enforcement.
This page is our published child safety standard, as required by Google Play's policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation. It describes what we prohibit, how you report it, how we act, and who is accountable.
The following are absolutely prohibited on Zaviro Live, whether in a live stream, a voice room, a private message, a post, a profile, a username or a room title:
Zaviro Live is an 18+ service. Minors may not hold an account. An account we determine belongs to a person under 18 is removed and its data deleted, whether or not any other rule was broken.
Reporting is available everywhere content appears, without leaving the app:
A report of child endangerment is routed to the front of the moderation queue and does not wait behind ordinary reports.
You do not need an account to report CSAE. Email childsafety@zaviroapp.live with as much of the following as you have: the username or profile link, the room name, the date and time, and what you saw. Do not attach or forward the material itself — describe it instead. Possessing or transmitting CSAM is a crime even when the intention is to report it.
| Step | Action | Target time |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Report enters the priority queue and the content is hidden from other users while it is assessed | Immediate |
| 2 | A trained human moderator reviews it | Within 24 hours |
| 3 | Confirmed CSAE: content removed, account permanently terminated, device and network identifiers blocked to prevent re-registration | Immediately on confirmation |
| 4 | Referral to law enforcement and to the relevant national reporting body, with the evidence preserved | Without delay |
| 5 | Reporter informed that the report was actioned, to the extent the investigation allows | After step 3 |
Zaviro Live complies with applicable child safety and child sexual abuse reporting laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including reporting obligations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where they apply, and to national law-enforcement authorities. We preserve evidence as required and cooperate fully with lawful requests from investigators.
Our designated child safety point of contact is reachable at childsafety@zaviroapp.live. This address is monitored, and is the correct address for law enforcement, regulators, Google, and child safety organisations to use.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us, so we can preserve the evidence.
