Refund Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026 · Effective: 31 August 2026
This policy covers coins bought inside the Zaviro Live app. It sits alongside
Google Play's own refund rules, which take precedence for the payment itself.
1. How purchases work
Coins are sold through Google Play billing. Zaviro Live never
sees or stores your card details. The charge on your statement comes from Google,
and the receipt is issued by Google.
2. Google's 48-hour window
For most purchases Google lets you request a refund directly within 48 hours,
and that is the fastest route:
- Open Google
Play order history.
- Find the Zaviro Live coin purchase.
- Tap Request a refund or Report a problem
and follow the steps.
After 48 hours, Google will normally refer the request to us.
3. When we will refund
- Coins were charged but never delivered. We check the order
and either credit the coins or refund the purchase. Contact us with the
Google order ID.
- Duplicate charge for the same package.
- Unauthorised purchase — the account or device was used by
somebody else without permission, and it is reported promptly.
- A store item that does not work as described, where we
cannot fix it.
4. When we will not refund
- Coins that have already been spent on gifts or store items.
A gift, once sent, is delivered — it cannot be recalled.
- Change of mind about a gift you sent.
- Dissatisfaction with a host, a stream, or how somebody behaved. Report them
instead — see our guidelines.
- Coins on an account terminated for breaking our
terms. These are forfeited.
- Purchases made more than 90 days ago.
- A pattern of repeated refund requests, which we treat as abuse of this
policy.
5. How to ask us
Email support@zaviroapp.live with your Zaviro Live user ID, the
Google Play order ID, the date, the amount, and what went wrong. We reply within
5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Google and typically reach
your payment method in 3–10 business days.
6. Creator withdrawals
A withdrawal of creator earnings is not a purchase and is not covered here.
Withdrawal terms are in section 5 of the terms of
service.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a refund right you have under the consumer law
of your own country. Where local law gives you more, local law wins.
