Tell us this and we can help on the first reply: your Zaviro Live user ID, your phone model and Android version, the app version (Me → Settings → About), what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or a screen recording is worth several paragraphs.
Reporting from inside the app is faster than email, because it attaches the room, the timestamp and the account automatically. Tap the ⋮ menu on any room, profile, message or post, then Report. Reports are confidential.
Anything involving a child goes to childsafety@zaviroapp.live and jumps the queue. See our child safety standards.
Check that the phone number or Google account is the one you registered with. If you have changed number, email support@zaviroapp.live from the old address with your user ID. If your account was suspended you will see the reason on the sign-in screen.
Coins are credited by Google's receipt, which can take a few minutes. Close and reopen the app first. If they are still missing after 30 minutes, send us the Google Play order ID and we will find the transaction.
Live streaming needs roughly 2 Mbps up. Try Wi-Fi, close other apps, and turn off battery saver — Android throttles the camera under it.
