Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026 · Effective: 31 August 2026
Zaviro Live respects intellectual property, and expects its users to. This page
explains how to tell us that content on Zaviro Live infringes your copyright, how the
person who posted it can respond, and what happens to repeat infringers.
1. Filing a notice of infringement
Send your notice to dmca@zaviroapp.live. To be effective under
17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) it must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If there
are several, a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material, precise enough for us to find it
— a profile link, room name, post link, plus the date and time if it was a
live stream.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use
is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate,
and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright
owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
An incomplete notice cannot be actioned. If any of the six
items above is missing we will tell you what is missing, but we cannot remove the
content until we have a complete notice.
Filing a knowingly false notice carries liability for damages, including
costs and legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. What we do
- We review the notice, normally within 5 business days.
- If it is complete and appears valid, we remove or disable access to the
material.
- We notify the user, forward them the notice, and record a strike against the
account.
- Live content that is clearly an unauthorised broadcast of a film,
television programme, sporting event or concert may be stopped
immediately.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or a
misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@zaviroapp.live
containing:
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good
faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or
misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of a court where you are located, or where
Zaviro Live is established, and that you will accept service of process from the
person who filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not
notify us within 10 business days that they have sought a court order, we may
restore the material.
4. Repeat infringers
| Strikes | Consequence |
| 1 | Content removed, warning |
| 2 | Streaming suspended for 14 days |
| 3 | Account permanently terminated; unspent coins and pending
earnings forfeited |
A strike is removed after 6 months if no further notice is received. A strike
successfully reversed by counter-notice does not count.
5. Trademark
For trademark complaints — a username, logo or room branding that infringes a
mark you own — write to legal@zaviroapp.live with the
registration number, the jurisdiction, and where the infringing use appears.
