Delete Your Account

You can delete your Zaviro Live account whenever you want. There are two ways to do it, and you do not need to reinstall the app to use the second one.

Option 1 — from inside the app

Open Zaviro Live and go to the Me tab.
Tap Settings.
Tap Delete account — it is the third item in the list.
Read the warning and confirm.

Deletion begins as soon as you confirm.

Option 2 — by email, if you cannot sign in

Send a message to delete@zaviroapp.live from the email address on the account, or from any address if you sign in by phone, and include:

Your Zaviro Live user ID or the exact display name;
The phone number or email the account uses;
The sentence: "I request deletion of my Zaviro Live account and its data."

We verify that you control the account before deleting anything — otherwise somebody else could delete your account for you. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.

Deletion is permanent. Your unspent coins, purchased frames, entrance effects, rides, levels, badges, followers and chat history are gone and cannot be restored — including if you sign up again with the same number. Spend or withdraw anything you care about first.

What gets deleted

What we have to keep, and why

Retained records are separated from your identity where it is possible to do so and still serve the purpose.

Just want to delete some data?

You do not have to delete the whole account. In the app you can remove individual posts and comments, clear a chat, change your profile photo and name, revoke the contacts or camera permission in Android settings, or turn off notifications. To have a specific category of data deleted while keeping your account, write to privacy@zaviroapp.live.
