This policy explains what Zaviro Live collects when you use the Zaviro Live mobile application, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to the app, this website and the services behind them (together, the Service).
Zaviro Live is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at privacy@zaviroapp.live.
The short version. We collect what we need to run a live streaming app: an account identity, the content you publish, the device you publish it from, and a record of what you bought. We do not sell your personal data. You can delete your account and its data at any time from this page or from inside the app.

Android asks you before granting any of these, and you can withdraw each one in your system settings. Declining a permission only disables the feature that needs it — the rest of the app keeps working.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We do use service providers, and they only receive what their function requires:

We will also disclose information where we are legally required to, where it is necessary to investigate abuse or fraud, or to protect somebody's safety. Reports of child sexual abuse material are referred to law enforcement and the relevant authorities as described in our child safety standards.
A live stream is public. Your display name, profile photo, level, badges and anything you say on a mic or in room chat can be seen, heard and recorded by anybody in that room. Treat a live room as a public place, and do not share information there that you would not want strangers to have.
Write to privacy@zaviroapp.live. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm control of the account before acting, so that somebody else cannot use these rights against you.
Zaviro Live is for adults. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor we remove the account and delete its data. If you believe a child is using Zaviro Live, tell us at childsafety@zaviroapp.live.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Passwords and tokens are stored hashed or in the device's secure keystore. Access to production data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfect — if you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support@zaviroapp.live immediately.
Our servers are located in the United States, and our service providers operate globally. Using Zaviro Live means your information may be processed outside your own country.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for a material change, notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Zaviro Live after that means you accept the new version.
